Letter to all SSOs for IDSurveillance
Reporting of Data on Infectious Diseases using IDSP Formats by Private Sector
Under IDSP, one of the key challenges identified is to improve reporting of surveillance data on epidemic prone disease from private sector. Many States/Districts have identified private sector reporting units.
Indian Academy of Paediatrics (lAP) has offered their help to share the data captured by the member Paediatricians with IDSP. To enforce the practice a letter was issued on 24th May 2013, from Project Director IDSP to all the State Surveillance Officers (SSOs).
